At Thrift+, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all items. If your purchase isn't quite right, simply send it back to us in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Thrift+ account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the Thrift+ tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our returns portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
